Tucked into the centre of an Umbrian village, this pretty town house is on three floors and will give you a true Italian lifestyle. Access is directly from the cobbled pedestrian street into the ground floor where there is a hallway, a kitchen/dining room and a terrace which is small but certainly big enough for two or three people to dine on.

Though the village of Lugnano only has about 78 inhabitants and does non have any shops, there is a great pizzeria/restaurant within easy walking distance and the town of Trestina, with a wide selection of shops and a train station, is only 6 kilometres away. The marketplace towns of Citta di Castello and Umbertide are 15 and 20 kilometres away respectively and Perugia airport 50km.

The property was totally restored about 15 years ago and has only been used for short bursts of time by the current owners so it’s almost as good as new. There is no central heating but the house is small and flanked by other buildings so the stove on the upper floor and the opened up fireplace inward the kitchen are sufficient unless the property is to be used inward the colder winter months.

De marktsteden Citta di Castello en Umbertide liggen op respectievelijk 15 en 20 kilometer afstand en de luchthaven Perugia 50km.
