Oxygen Supply Coordination Group – 02/02/2021

At its 25th January Covid coming together, with Malawi’s government minister of Health, the Scottish Government’s International Development government minister, the Malawi Cross Party Group (Scottish Parliament), the Malawi All-Party Parliamentary Group (UK Parliament) and 250 key stakeholders across Malawi and Scotland, the number of oxygen supply was identified by many as a critical area inward which further urgent support was needed.

It was agreed that it would be useful for the SMP to facilitate to a greater extent than detailed conversations inward this area and a coming together was quickly scheduled for 2nd February. This coming together was specifically for individuals directly involved inward the oxygen supply challenges inward Malawi, to explore what best the SMP could do as a network.
